Registration
All student attendees are required to complete our Medical Consent Form. If a student is under the age of 18, a Media Release Form will also need to be completed by a parent/guardian.
Failure to do so will result in no entrance to the Conference.
For teachers registering their students on Whova, this questionnaire packet serves as a resource to efficiently collect student information, and includes the Media Release Form, Medical Consent Form, and Student Code of Conduct. Please note that this packet does not serve as a registration method.
